Junior Aerial Classes

SEASONAL and Holiday WORKSHOPS - TBC
These Junior Aerial classes are a fun way for our youth to be introduced to basic aerial play and basic aerial skills. We introduce them to Aerial Hoop/ aerial hammock/ pole fitness and the trapeze bar.
These classes will prepare them for further aerial work as they grow older, helping them gain upper body and core strength, increased flexibility, and body awareness in the air and on the ground.

They will gain flexibility, confidence, and get a fantastic full-body workout! They don’t know how hard they are working because they have so much fun here. Our warm-ups can include stretching, push-ups, core workout, and more. No dance, flexibility, or gymnastic background is necessary.

How old must I be?
We start Junior classes from ages 7 and up. Subject to a trial class where we make sure that your young one fit safely and feel comfortable in the equipment. Consent is required for participants under 18 years.
