Kick-Fit is a dynamic, martial arts-inspired fitness program that blends the discipline, strength, and energy of boxing, kickboxing, Tae-Bo, Taekwondo, Gumdo, and Tai Chi into one exhilarating workout. Designed for a fun and safe environment, Kick-Fit builds your strength, fitness, and confidence every step of the way.

Our multi-level classes are perfect for all fitness levels—no prior martial arts training or high fitness standards are needed to join. Whether you're a beginner or looking to elevate your routine, we're here to support your journey.

We cater for ages 14 and up ;-)

Benefits:

  • Stress relief: The physical exertion of kickboxing releases endorphins, which can help reduce stress and anxiety.

  • Cardiovascular health: The high-intensity nature of kickboxing improves heart and lung function, and reduces the risk of heart disease.

  • Boosts Confidence: Kickboxing can help boost confidence by training people to channel anger and frustration.

  • Balance and coordination: The quick movements and positioning involved in kickboxing improve balance and hand-eye coordination.

  • Mental empowerment: Overcoming a physical challenge in kickboxing can lead to mental toughness.

  • Full-body exercise: Kickboxing is a total body workout that builds lean muscle, burns calories, and tones the body.

  • Muscle definition: Kickboxing strengthens, conditions, and tones muscles, especially in the arms, legs, and core.
