Kick-Fit is a dynamic, martial arts-inspired fitness program that blends the discipline, strength, and energy of boxing, kickboxing, Tae-Bo, Taekwondo, Gumdo, and Tai Chi into one exhilarating workout. Designed for a fun and safe environment, Kick-Fit builds your strength, fitness, and confidence every step of the way.
Our multi-level classes are perfect for all fitness levels—no prior martial arts training or high fitness standards are needed to join. Whether you're a beginner or looking to elevate your routine, we're here to support your journey.

Your First Class: Information
What to Wear:

Comfortable gym clothes: Wear leggings or shorts and a comfortable t-shirt or tank top.

Trainers can be worn if you do not want to exercise barefoot.

Bring a yoga mat for floor work, or a sweat towel if you plan to use one of our mats.
