Zumba Fitness
Zumba Fitness is a dance-based aerobic exercise program that combines Latin and international music with a workout that includes cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. It is designed to be a fun, party-like atmosphere rather than a traditional exercise class, making it accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.
